The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of The File Data Processing System (Spdp) And The Expansion Of The Backup System (Skz), Used By The Ordering Party For Hardware And Software Infrastructure For Files Archiving - Archival Data Storage System (Ssda), In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Opz And The Offer. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Shall Implement: 1) The Implementation Of The Project Documentation, Along With The Transfer Of Proprietary Property Rights To The Project Documentation Produced; 2) Delivery, Assembly, Configuration And Starting Of Devices; 3) Providing, Installation And Configuration Of The Software And Granting A License To Software; 4) Conducting Acceptance Tests And Technical Workshops; 5) Providing Training (In The Form Of Vouchers). All System Components Must Be Covered By The Warranty For A Period Of 60 Months On The Conditions Described In The Contract. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz. The Rules For The Performance Of The Contract Were Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.
