Construction Management Services-Provision Of Services Related To The Function Of Contract Engineer As Well As Supervision And Settlement Of Works At The Implementation Of The Task Under The Name: Construction Of The Road Junction Of Aleja Wojska Polskiego Dk-1 Together With The New Dk-46 Course In Częstochowa. The Contract Engineer Service, Among Others, Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of The Implementation Of Design Works And Construction Works; 2) Supervision Over Design Works And Construction Works, As Well As Supplies And Services Carried Out By The Contractor Of Construction Works, Including Verification, Opinions And Preliminary Approval Of Construction Documentation; 3) Supervision Over The Correct Implementation Of The Contract; 4) Approving Materials Proposed By The Contractor; 5) Approving Executive, Replacement And Technological Projects; 6) Comprehensive Consulting For The Employer Of A Technical, Organizational (Including Formal And Legal) In Terms Of Correct (Within The Assumed Period, Budget And Quality) Implementation Of The Contract; 7) Supervision Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services Carried Out By The Contractor Of Construction Works, Including Verification And Opinions Of The Project Documentation He Developed; 8) Support Of The Employer In The Transitional And Final Settlement Of The Task, In Connection With The Funding Received Under The Government Fund Program Program - Strategic Investment Program And The Contracting Authority Fulfilling Reporting Obligations 9) Conducting Promotional And Information Activities Regarding The Investment. The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular With The Public Procurement Law Of September 11, 2019, The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law And The Act Of 10 April 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads. The Service Contractor Must Ensure Supervision In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular With Regulations Regarding Independent Technical Functions In Construction. The Contractor Will Ensure The Participation Of Staff Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Investments In Unforeseen Situations, E.G. Archaeological, Sapper, Ornithological Supervision, Etc. The Detailed Scope Of Activities Covered By The Order Is Given In Annex 1 To The Contract - The Scope Of Services - Constituting Annex 11 To Swz.
