Electricity - Selection Of An Active Net Electricity Supplier And A Balancing Group For A Low Voltage Balancing Group For The Needs Of Rhif - Pazardzhik. 1. Delivery Of Electricity Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents: Energy Act (Ea), Rules For Trade In Electricity (Peee) And Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Pikee). Ptee Is Applied To The Planning And Negotiation Of Specific Amounts Of Net Active Electricity. 2. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Following Main Activities: 2.1. With Regard To The Supply Of The Required Quantities Of Net Active Electricity Of Low Voltage, Possible Deviations In A Positive Or Negative Direction Are Specified In The Technical Requirements And Specifications, Annex No 1 To This Documentation. The Total Estimated Amount For The Supply Of Electricity For A Period Of 12 Months Is 110 Mwh. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Does Not Oblige The Contracting Authority To Use It. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Consumed Depending On The Need, With The Contractor Obliged To Deliver The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, For A Month And For The Whole Period Of Delivery. 2.2. Preparation Of All Necessary Documents For The Registration Of The Objects Of The Contracting Authority Of The Free Market For Electricity And Perform The Full Procedure For Their Registration. 2.3. Inclusion Of The Contracting Authority As An Indirect Member Of The Balancing Group Of The Contractor According To The Electricity Trade Rules (Pee) Without The Contracting Authority Paying A Registration And Participation Fee. 2.4. Energy Monitoring, Forecasting Electricity Consumption Of The Contracting Authority And The Preparation Of Hourly Consumption Schedules. Notification (Registration) Of The Hourly Schedules In Mms Of Eso And Carrying Out All Necessary Activities Related To The Participation Of The Contracting Authority Of The Free Electricity Market According To Ptee, Ea And Pikee.
