The Municipality Of Wennigstedt Intends To Build A New Fire Station On Osterweg In Wenningstedt With Approx. 970 Sqm Usable Space, Including Parking Spaces For 5 Vehicles Such As Fire Trucks, Team Buses, Etc., Storage And Workshop Rooms As Well As A Large Meeting Room. The Municipality Of Wenningstedt Is Aiming For A Modern, Inexpensive Building, Which In Particular Progresses In The Field Of Sustainability Of The Materials And Building Materials. The Vehicle Hall Is To Be Built In Hall Construction, The Remaining Areas Of Use In Solid Construction. A System Must Be Selected Which Modular To Expand. The Cost Of The Project (Kg 300+400) Is Currently Estimated To Be Gross On The Basis Of A Feasibility Study At Around € 2.7 Million. The Milestones For The Implementation Of The Project Provide For: - The Start Of Performance Planning Approx. Early 3Rd Quarter 2025. It Is Intended To Commission The Following Services (Gradually) With This Tender. Services Of Structural Planning Twp: Power Phases 1-6 In Accordance With Sections 49 Ff. Hoai.
