To be delivered no later than 25 April 2025. - Standard Size and Description: A4 (210mm x 420mm) Vinly - Orientation: Landscape Artwork Format: - File Type: PDF (High Resolution, Print-Ready) - Colour: Multi colour printing Samples shall be supplied by a bidder at his/her own expense and risk. The City shall not be obliged to pay for such samples or compensate for the loss thereof, unless otherwise specified in the bid documents. The City reserves the right to keep samples supplied by the appointed bidder. Unsuccessful bidders can collect their samples within 90 days after the final notification of award has been send to suppliers, after which the City has the right not to return such samples and to dispose of them at its own discretion. CLAUSE - 2.14.1 & 2.15 Provide, on request by the CCT, any other material that has a bearing on the quotation offer, the supplier#s commercial position (including joint venture agreements), preferencing arrangements, or samples of materials, considered necessary by the CCT for the purpose of the evaluation of the quotation.
