The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Facilitate The Conditions To Meet The Need For Cost-Effective Procurement Of Large Kitchen Equipment For All Canteens Operated By The Canteen Operator Associated With The Ministries Security And Service Organization (Dss). The Agreement Will Also Cover Service On Existing And New Large Kitchen Equipment. The Agreement Is Entered Into With Dss. Other Companies Associated With The Ministry Fellowship, The Prime Ministers Office (Smk) And The Government Attorney Can Also Use This Agreement And Are To Be Regarded As A Customer In Accordance With. This Agreement. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be 2 Years, With An Option For Extension For An Additional 1+1 Year On Unchanged Terms, A Total Of A Maximum Of 4 Years. The Value Of The Procurement Is In The Order Of 5 - 7 Million Excl. Vat. For A Period Of Four Years. It Is Emphasized That This Is Only A Guiding Estimate. The Estimate Is Based On Experience Figures And Estimated Development. The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Customer. The Customer Has A Right, But No Obligation, To Buy Goods And Service On This Framework Agreement. The Customer Is Not Obliged To Buy A Specific Volume During The Framework Agreement Period.
