The Welfare Agency Shall Enter Into Framework Agreements On Temporary Housing Services In Accordance With The Social Services Act In The Labor And Welfare Administration (Social Services Act) § 27. Temporary Housing Services Shall Remedy Acute Homelessness And Are Not Intended To Last Over Time. The Stay Should Be As Short As Possible, And Residence Time Over 1 Month Should Only Occur Exceptionally. This Competition Opens Up The Supplier To Limit Its Offer To Only People In One Or More Target Groups, Ie It Is Not A Requirement That The Offer Must Include Both Target Groups.
