The Term Of The Agreement Is Three (3) Years With A Possibility Of Two, One (1) Year Extensions. Pricing To Remain In Effect For The Initial 3 Years And Will Be Subject To Review Prior To Any Extension. Calcium Chloride Solution Shall Be According To Can/Cgsb 15.1, Type L, Class 1, And Shall Be Homogeneously Mixed. Magnesium Chloride Solution Used As Dust Suppressant Shall Contain A Minimum 30%, By Mass, Of Pure Magnesium Chloride.
