The Shai-Osudoku District Assembly (SODA) Management and Entity Tender Committee intends to apply part of its District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) budgetary allocation, to fund eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation is issued. 2. The SODA now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the execution of the tender detailed in the description. The following documents are required from eligible contractors: i. Valid Certificate of Company Registration (Current Renewal Slip must be attached) ii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate iii. GAR/VAT Registration Certificate iv. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate v. Tender security of 2% of total tender Price. vi. Reference on Past Performance (attach award letters, LPOs etc) vii. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing certificate (works) viii. Evidence of Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended, and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the SODA Office and inspect the tender documents at SODA from 8:00am to 5:00pm local time daily from Wednesday 9th April, 2025 at the address given below. 5. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from the address below at Procurement Unit upon the payment of a nonrefundable fee of One thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢1000.00). 6. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00am 23rd April, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 Days after the deadline of Tender submission. A Tender Security of 2% of the Tender Price must accompany all Tenders. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers representatives who choose to attend. Late Tenders shall be rejected. 7.
