The Contract To Which This Tender Will Give Rise Will Be Execution At The Time For Which The Supplier Is Obliged To Meet The Requirement In The Times, Deadlines, Quantity, Quality And Place Agreed, According To The Requirements Of The Crsco, With Adherence To The Administrative, Technical Bases And Their Annexes. The Characteristics Or Technical Specifications Will Be Evaluated Based On The Offer That Meets The Requirements Indicated In The Bases And The Suitability And Technical Quality Of The Offeror, In Order To Ensure That The Winner Fits The Requirements That The Crsco Has Specified For The Execution Of The Tendered Contract. It Will Be Understood That Every Supplier Knows And Accepts Irrevocably The Content Of These Bases, By The Mere Fact Of Presenting Offers In This Purchase Process.
