Health And Social Work Services- Multidisciplinary Individual Rehabilitation For Adult Fire, Rheumatism And General Diseases, Demanding Medical Rehabilitation. The Acquisition Is Subject To The Multi-Professional Rehabilitation Individual Rehabilitation Of The Adult Rehabilitation Of Musculoskeletal Disorders, Rheumatoid Arthritis, And General Disease For Individuals, For Personal Clients Of The Social Insurance Institution (Kela). Multidisciplinary Individual Rehabilitation Is Carried Out With Or Without Accommodation At The Service Providers Office. Some Of The Individual Rehabilitation Can Also Be Implemented As Remote Rehabilitation, The Suitability Of Which Is Always Individually Assessed For The Customer. Individual Rehabilitation Can Also Be Implemented As Adaptation Coaching. The Procurement Is Also Made Nationwide, Including The Perspective Of Geographical Coverage. The Purpose Of Taking Into Account Geographic Coverage Is To Ensure Regional Service Needs And The Customers Ability To Choose The Service Provider. The Procurement Areas And The Municipalities Included Are Described In Annex 3 Of The Invitation To Tender And In Appendix 4 Maps And Municipalities. By Submitting A Bid For This Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide The Service To Customers Who Come From The Whole Of Finland. Multidisciplinary Individual Rehabilitation Is Carried Out As A Demanding Medical Rehabilitation Under Sections 9 And 10 Of The Social Insurance Institutions Rehabilitation Benefits And Rehabilitation Benefits Act (Later Kkrl Or Kela Rehabilitation Act). Kelas Clients Rehabilitation Will Begin On January 1, 2026. Multidisciplinary Individual Rehabilitation Of Demanding Medical Rehabilitation For Adults, Fire, Rheumatism And General Diseases, Is Intended For A Client Over 18 Years Of Age Who Has A Diagnosis Of Fire, Rheumatism Or General Disease Or Disability. The Client Has A Significant Limit Of Performance And Participation Related To His Or Her Illness Or Injury, Which Is Why He Or She Needs An Individually And Multi -Professional Rehabilitation Service. An Adult Close To A Client May Also Participate In Individual Rehabilitation With The Client. Multidisciplinary Individual Rehabilitation For An Adult, Neurological Diseases Are Implemented According To The Following Service Description:- Multidisciplinary Individual Rehabilitation For Adult, Fire, Rheumatism And General Diseases, Kela Rehabilitation Service Description, Demanding Medical Rehabilitation (From 1.1.2026). The Service Description Is Divided Into Two Parts, Ie The Part Of The Rehabilitation Service And The General Part. The Parts Are Placed In One Document In A Row And Both Parts Have Their Own Cover Pages And Tables Of Contents (Appendix 1). Both Parts Of The Service Description Are Simultaneously Applied To The Implementation Of The Rehabilitation Organized By Kela. Each Office Offered Must Make Its Own Separate Offer. The Tenderer Can Only Issue One Offer From The Same Office. This Is Considered To Be One Office, Even If There Are Two Different Addresses On The Premises, But In Fact, It Is The Same Office (Eg Entrances From Two Different Streets Or Locations Are Located On Different Crab/Floors Of The Same Street Address).
