For The Care Of Ukrainians And (Housing Of) Status Holders, The Municipality Wants To Purchase Both Social Management And Building Management (At One Party). The Municipality (Or Other Party) Has The Housing (The Building), But Wants To Outsource The Full Management Of The Location. In This Quality Framework And During The Tender: • The Setting Up Of The Location • Supervising Residents • Keeping The Location Clean • Maintaining The Location • Supervising The Safety Of The Location Victoriakliniek Zierikzee In The Victoriakliniek On Koning Gustaafweg In Zierikzee Wil The Municipality Of Schouwen-Duiveland The Left Wing Of The Victoria Clinic (Formerly Adrz) Is Rented For This By The Municipality Of Schouwen-Duiveland For A Period Of 3 Years. After A Renovation, The Location Will Be Suitable For The Reception Of 70 Ukrainian Refugees. The First Residents Will Move To This Location From 1 September 2025. 2. Future Not Yet Known Locations These Locations Are Part Of This Tender And Will Be Included Within The Framework Agreement With The Contracted Location Manager After Realization. For Future Locations It Is Not Certain Whether And To What Extent There Is A Need For Location Management. This Depends On The Size And Spread Of The Locations. Housing Can, For Example, Take Place In The Form Of Regular Homes. This Means That 24/7 Location Management Is Not Necessary But A Scaled Form Of, For Example, 1 Day Part Per Week. 3. Maximum Commissioning Value The Municipality Concludes A Framework Agreement With The Winning Tenderer For The Duration Of 1 Year With 3 Extension Options Of 1 Year. The Assignment In This Tender Represents An Indicative Order Value Per Year Of € 850,000. The Sum Of The Value Of All Locations Within The Framework Agreement On The Contract Duration Of A Maximum Of 4 Years Is € 3,400,000 There Is An Margin Of Uncertainty With Regard To The Drops Under The Framework Agreement, Which Cannot Be Quantified In Advance. There Is Also No Purchase Obligation. Future Developments With Regard To Taking Care Of Ukrainians And Housing Status Holders Are Not Predictable. For That Reason, The Maximum Assignment Value Is Set At € 4,000,000. If The Maximum Command Value Is Exceeded, The Framework Agreement Ends And Is Being Tendered Again.
