Construction Supervision Services - Supervisory Services For The Investment Objective Flood Risk Reduction On The Tazlău River By Rehabilitating The Belci Dam As A Non -Permanent Accumulation, Bacău County. The Contracting Authority Wants To Conclude A Contract For Providing Services In Order To Ensure The Supervision Services From A Qualitative And Quantitative Point Of View, Of The Construction Works For The Investment Objective, To Reduce The Risk On The Tazlău River By Rehabilitating The Belci Dam As A Non -Permanent Accumulation, The County Of Bacău Through The Supervision Of The Service. To Provide The Contracting Authority To The Guarantee That The Contractor Of The Work Will Fulfill All Its Contractual Obligations, As Provided In The Execution Contract, Will Comply With The Legal Provisions, The Technical Projects And The Specifications/Requirements Of The Beneficiary. Verification Of The Correct Execution Of The Construction Works, For The Investment Objective, For Which The Supervision Service Is Requested, Will Be Done By Authorized Yard Management In The Fields Requested In The Specifications: The Supervised Works Are The Following: A.
