The Subject Of The Contract Is To Provide Foreign Language Teaching To The Contracting Authoritys Employees In Individual And Group Courses, Either In Full-Time Form At The Contracting Authoritys Workplaces Or Distance (Online Teaching) Outside The Contracting Authority. The Aim Of The Public Contract Is To Increase The Language Competences Of Employees Of The Contracting Authority With A Focus On The Practical Use Of Language In A Professional Context In The Extent And In Accordance With The Tender Conditions. Language Teaching Will Focus On The Following Languages: English And German. The Assumed Ratio Of Teaching Lessons Is: English 80%, German 20%. The Framework Agreement According To § 131 Et Seq. Zzvz (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Framework Agreement” Or “Agreement”). For The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Assumes The Following Scope And Location Of Language Teaching: Within The Public Contract, Language Teaching Will Be Carried Out In The Extent Of 1 Lesson Per Week (Lessons Of 60 Min. Estimated Number Of Individual Courses: 10 Estimated Number Of Group Courses (Up To 10 Participants): 3 Places Of Performance Of The Public Contract Are The Workplace Of The Contracting Authority: Brno And Jihlava
