The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Acquire A New Modern Information System For The Preparation And Processing Of Prints Of The Council Of The Council, The City Of City Council And The City Council Of The City Council, The Preparation And Ensuring The Actions And Ensuring The Administration And Registration Of The Tasks Of The Council And The City Council (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Information System”). The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be To Provide The Following Supplies And Services: A) The Work Of The Work Consisting Of: On The Supply Of A Comprehensive Information System Incl. Related Licenses And Source Codes Allowing The Operation And Development Of The System To The Assets Of The Cp, On The Implementation Of The Information System Into The Mhmp Environment, Incl. Migration Of Data From Existing Systems, Testing, Three Months Of Trial Operation And Introduction Of The Information System In Full Operation; (B) Service Support Service, Which Will Include The Following Services: On The Update And Maintenance Of The Information System, On The Operation Of Helpdesk, On The Provision Of Service Technical Support; C) Order Services: On The Development Of The Information System, On Consulting Services And Training, On The Implementation Of Other Activities That Are Explicitly Listed In The Contract.
