The Subject Of The Tendering Procedure Is The Introduction Of A Dynamic Purchasing System (Hereinafter Referred To As Dns) For Awarding Public Procurement For The Supply Of Computer Technology According To The Needs Of The University Hospital Pilsen. These Include Supplies Of Pc, Notebooks, Tablets, Printers, Peripherals And Components, Data Storage, Servers, Media For Storage, Network Devices And Components. A Dynamic Purchasing System Means A Fully Electronic, Open System For Normal Purchases Of Supplies And Services Within The Meaning Of § 138 Et Seq. Of The Law. The Aim Of The Contracting Authority Is To Have A Wide Range Of Suppliers Who Will Be Invited To Submit Offers To Implement Sub -Public Contracts And Thus Ensure Continuous Awarding Of Public Contracts For Demanding Supplies For The Duration Of The Dns To Ensure Maximum Efficiency Of The Funds And Reliability Of The Supplies. Dns Will Be Introduced For An Indefinite Period. Individual Orders Awarded In Dns Will Be Carried Out Via The Electronic Tool Of The Tender Arena. 2.1. Public Procurement In Dns Awarding Public Contracts In Dns Is Governed By The Provisions Of Section 141 Of The Act. The Contracting Authority Shall Notify All Suppliers Included In Dns By The Contracting Authority By A Call To Submit An Offer For A Public Contract Pursuant To The Provisions Of Section 141 (1) And (2) Of The Act. The Call For The Submission Of The Offer Will Include A Specification Of The Required Performance, Terms And Conditions And Other Information Defined By Law. When Awarding A Public Contract Within The Dns, The Supplier No Longer Provides The Fulfillment Of Qualifications, With The Exception Of Reservations About The Requirement To Submit An Affidavit Or A Change In The Qualification Pursuant To Section 141 (2) Of The Act. The Inclusion In The Dns Of The Supplier Itself Does Not Entitle For Any Performance And All Performance Shall Be Provided By The Supplier Against The Contracting Authority Only On The Basis Of A Public Contract Awarded In Dns. The Introduction Of Dns And Individual Orders Awarded In Dns Will Be Carried Out Via The Electronic Tool Tender Arena.
