(And A Maximum Volume Of Approx. € 10 Million P.A.). For The Support Of The Cloud Services, A Total Of Approx. € 570 Or Maximum Volume Of Net Is Approx. € 670T. A Useful Life Of 4 Years Is Advertised With The Option For Two Extension (+2 Years +1 Year). The Extension Options Are To Be Exercised 6 Months Before The End Of The Term Via An Additional Order. These Companies Provide Various Cloud Services, Including Infrastructure As A Service (Iaas), Platform As A Service (Paas) And Software As A Service (Saas). Cloud Services Reseller Are Referred To In This Tender As The Cloud Reseller. These Companies Buy Cloud Services From The Hyperscalers And Continue To Sell Them To Customers. The Award To A Cloud Reseller For Cumulative Is Provided For The Following Hyperscales: -Microsoft Azure (Azure) -Amazon Web Services (Aws) -Google Cloud Platform (Gcp). Onboarding: -Initial Integration And Takeover Of Existing Hyperscal And Cloud Resources: -The Cloud Reseller Creates An Integration Concept For The Existing Cloud Resources In Coordination With The Client At The Start Of The Contract. -The Cloud Reseller Ensures The Most Automated And Completely Uninterrupted Takeover Of The Cloud Accounts (In Particular Azure-Subscriptions, Aws Accounts And Gcp Projects) From The Previous Contractual Relationships Of The Client To The New Contractual Relationships Of The Cloud Reseller. -When Taking Over The Existing Cloud Accounts By The Cloud Reseller, A Technical Migration Of The Existing Cloud Resources, E.G. A Migration To Newly Created Cloud Accounts, Is Excluded. -Es Takes Place Immediately (Max. 1 Month After The Contract Is Distributed) Takeover Of The Existing Cloud Accounts. -All Reservations And Savings Plans Must Be Taken Over. -Nayed Access To The Resellers Billing And Administrative Portals Must Be Made Available To The Client.
