Expression of Interest for HR Consultancy Services 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS/(GOODS) Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Assistant Director, Procurement on the 5th floor, Alexander Building, 8, Otunba Jobi Fele Way, CBD, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos with evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per Lot, paid into the Financial Reporting Council of Nigerias Remita account in any commercial bank in Nigeria. Firms interested in Consultancy Service would not pay at this stage until after shortlisting. 6. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS) Interested and competent bidder are requested to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of The Technical bid and Financial bid with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid and Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to Executive Secretary/CEO, Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, 5th Floor, Alexander Building 8, Otunba Jobi Fele Way, CBD, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder, and dropped in the designated Tender Box at ES/CEO Secretarys office (same address) not later than 10:00am on Monday, May 12, 2025. Lots 1, 5 6 and 7 are designated for prequalification.
