The Length Of The Section Covered By The Investment 1.070 Km. 2. The Order Applies To The Project Entitled Construction Of A Network Of Bicycle Paths In The Tuchol Poviat For The Purpose Of Sewage Tourist Traffic - Stage I Co -Financed From The European Regional Development Fund Under Priority 3. European Funds For Sustainable Urban Transport Activities 3.3 Development And Improvement Of Urban And Suburban Mobility Oppt Detailed Target 2 (Viii) Supporting Balanced Multimedia Urban Mobility As An Element As An Element Transformation Towards The Zero Emission Economy European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania 2021-2027.3. The Contractor Without Additional Remuneration Undertakes To: 1) Perform All Preparatory Works, Including Cleaning Works, Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, Execution Of The Energy Connection For The Needs Of The Construction Site And Incurring The Costs Of Their Consumption, 2) Marking And Securing The Construction Site, 3) Incurring All Research Costs, Expertise And Opinions Necessary For Assessing The Quality Of Works And The Incurred The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 4) Excess Land And Ancient Materials, Debris, Etc.
