The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Orlik 2012 Complex At The High School Jan Bażyński In Ostróda, In Accordance With The Pre -Works Of The Works (Annex No. 4 To Swz); Project Documentation (Annex 5 To Swz), Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 6 To Swz) And Draft Contract (Annex No. 3 To Swz). 2. The Subject Of The Contract In Particular Includes: Basic Scope: 1) Modernization Of The Pitch With Synthetic Grass Surface With An Area Of Approx. 1860,000 M2.2) Modernization Of The Existing Lighting Of The Pitch.3) Replacement Of The Pitch Equipment, I.E. Football Goals, Basketball Baskets, Football Grid. 4) General Construction Works Of The Modernization Building Of The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities. Construction); B) Ordering And Cleaning Up After The Works Of The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out, Including Neighboring Properties Contaminated As A Result Of The Works, C) Conducting Trials, Technological Start -Up And Required Tests, As Well As The Preparation Of Documents Necessary To Transfer The Object For Use As A Result Of The Construction Works; D) Preparation And Transfer Of The Order User Instructions For All Devices And Equipment Installed On The Pitch. 3. Other Provisions: 1) Materials From Dismantling Existing Devices And Debris The Contractor Is Obliged To Utilize As Part Of The Remuneration Resulting From The Submitted Offer. The Cost Of Loading, Unloading And Transporting Devices And Debris To The Place Of Their Utilization Falls Within The Remuneration Resulting From The Submitted Offer. 2) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor, For The Performed Subject Of The Contract, Grant A Guarantee In A Minimum Period Of 60 Months. Once A Year, During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Review The Warranty Review, Under Which He Will Make Specialist Thorough Maintenance Of The Surface Of The Synthetic Grass Pitch Using Special Machines. Maintenance Will Have To Be Carried Out Professionally, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guidelines Offered By The Contractor Of The Surface, Specified In The Warranty Card. Controlling Of The Synthetic Grass Surface, The Contractor Will Conduct On The Basis Of A Contract Concluded With The User Of The Football Field, I.E.
