The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization, Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Kindergarten Building In Skopanie Together With The Development Of The Area Covering In Particular: 1) Adaptation Of Part Of The Kindergarten Building In Skopanie For The Nursery Active Toddler Co -Financed From The Instrument For Reconstruction And Increasing Resistance Under The National Plan Of Rebuilding And Increased Relastic Plan (Kpo), Kpo) Sources Of Heat And Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Kindergarten Building In Skopanie Implemented As Part Of The Task Entitled: Exchange Of Heat Sources And Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of Educational Buildings In Skopanie, The Baranów Sandomierski Commune Co -Financed By The National Plan To Rebuild And Increase Immunity (Kpo), 3) Modernization Of A Part Of The Kindergarten And Playground In Skopanie 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Determined By The Design Documentation With Supplementary Descriptions To The Subject Of The Contract, Stwior, Constituting Annex 5 To This Specification. 4. The Contractor, After Completing The Subject Of The Contract And The Final Acceptance, Grants At Least A 24 -Month Warranty For Completed Construction Works, Calculated From The Date Of The Post -Adventure Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. In The Case Of Own Names In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And This Specification, Equivalent Solutions With Not Worse Parameters Are Allowed. In A Situation Where The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Should Be Understood That Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed. The Employer Allows The Use Of Equivalent Building Materials, Which Are Listed In The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications, Provided That Equivalent Materials Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters As The Materials Listed In The Above Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Delivered Deliveries (Equipment And Building Materials), Services Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And The Utility Features That The Products Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Are Only A Qualitative Model Of The Subject Of The Contract. 11. The Contractor Is Obliged, If Required, To Obtain On Behalf Of The Employer, An Appropriately Final Decision Of The Use Permit Or Notification Of The Completion Of Works With The Annotation Of The Competent Building Supervision Authority About The Lack Of Objection - Preceded By The Contractor Obtained By The Contractor With All Necessary Opinions And Arrangements Required By Law And Submitting The Permit Or Document Confirming The Effectiveness Of The Notification.
