The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Execution Of Works In The Field Of Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Existing Tso Building In Osjaków, Consisting In: - Strengthening Some Of The Existing Foundations By Mining And Making New Foundations (For The Designed Expansion, Columns, Elevator Shaft), - Partial Dismantling Of Existing External Walls; Replacing And Supplementing Them With New Ones, Along With Insulation From The Outside Or Inside, With Styrofoam Or Mineral Wool, Respectively And Faces,- Dismantling Some Of The Existing Internal Walls; Replacing And Supplementing Them With New Ones, Along With Insulation Of Walls Separating The Heated Zone From Unheated,- Execution Of The Elevator In A Built-In Glass And Reinforced Concrete Stairs,- Lowering The Floor In A Part Of The Building, With New Floor Layers In The Entire Building,- Demolition Of Part Of The Existing Ceilings And Making New Dense Bricks, Along With Support On New Reinforced Concrete Columns Beaches,- Demolishing The Entire Structure And Roof Covering, As Well As A New Roof,- Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery,- Execution Of All Installations In The Building And Wlz,- Performing Finishing Works; 2) Execution Of Works, Technical Devices And Land Development Elements, In Particular Consisting In:- Demolition And Renovation Of Part Of The Paved Surface- Demolition Of Existing Stairs And Drive Decreases In The Area In A Way That Ensures The Drainage Of Rainwater Surface To The Unpaved Area, Within The Investment Area And Enabling The Use Of The Facility For Disabled People, Moving In Wheelchairs- The Place Of Collecting Solid Waste- Place For Bicycles (Racks)- Reconstruction Of The Existing Water Supply Connection- Implementation Of The Existing Sewage System- Adaptation Of The Existing Sewage System- Adaptation Of The Existing Sewage System Sanitary; 3) Reconstruction Of The Existing Overhead Al 4 X 25 Mm2 For Enema Cable Connector; 4) Conducting Trials And Checks Of Installed Equipment And Installations; 5) Training Of Service Persons; 6) Geodetic Service, Including Stake And As -Elderly Inventory; 7) Preparing Full Documentation For Devices Subject To The Application In The Office Of Technical Supervision In The Office Łódź; 8) Preparation Of Full Documentation And Notification Of The Built Photovoltaic Installation To The Distribution System Operator; 9) Preparation Of Full Documentation Necessary For Notification To The State Poviat Sanitary Inspector In Wieluń, Commander Of The State Poviat Fire Brigade In Wieluń And The Poviat Inspector Of Construction Supervision In Wieluń, In Order To Obtain A Decision Of The Permission To Use. Delivery Of Chairs, Tables And Wardrobes, In Accordance With The Characteristics/Description - Annex 1 To Swz. In Addition, The Contractor Will Dismantle The Existing Alarm Siren, And After Renovating The Building He Will Install It Again.
