The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation: 1. Draft General Plan Of The Brąszewice Commune Preceded By The Development Of Necessary Analyzes, Forecasts And Balance Sheets Referred To In The Act Of 7 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act, And Their Results Should Be Presented In The Form Of Justification For The General Plan Of The Commune; 2. The Justification Referred To In Art. 13H Of The Act, Consisting Of A Text And Graphic Part; 3. Spatial Data Regarding The General Plan, Including Documenting The Method Of Determining The Building Supplementation Area; 4. Environmental Impact Forecasts Of The General Plan, Meeting The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended) 5. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Necessary Planning Work Was Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of Which Is A Material And Financial Schedule6. It Covers An Area Of About 10675 Ha. The Commune Consists Of 43 Towns, From Which 20 Auxiliary Units Were Separated - Village Councils. There Is A Brąszewicki Landscape Area In The Commune, This Area Is Largely Covered With Forests. In The Forestry Area Of Błota There Is A Jaźwy Nature Reserve With An Area Of 3.86 Ha.
