1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Sportswear And Sports Equipment Together With The Performance Of Prints In Permanent Technology, Including Sublimation, For The Needs Of The Municipal Sports Club Avia Świdnik Spółka Z O.O. A Detailed Description And Quantity Were Indicated In The Attachment To Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract). 2. Deliveries Referred To In Para. 1, Will Be Implemented Successively Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Required Quantities Indicated In The Documents Of The Procedure Are Reference Quantities, With The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Buy Individual Assortment Items In Larger Quantities Than Reference, At The Cost Of Reducing The Number Of Other Assortment Items. As A Result Of The Quantitative Changes Of Individual Assortment Items, The Maximum Remuneration Value Specified In The Contract With The Contractor May Not Increase. 3. The Minimum Level Of Orders That The Employer Is Obliged To Fulfill Is 60% Of The Maximum Gross Remuneration Specified In The Contract With The Contractor. 4.
