1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled Development Of A General Plan Of The Komańcza Commune. The Study Covers The Entire Komańcza Commune Within Its Administrative Borders - With An Area Of Approx. 38,769 Thousand. Ha.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Preparation Of An Urban Inventory Showing The Spatial Conditions Of The Study Area, Which Is A Resource Of Output Materials And Analyzes. 2) Recognition Of The Degree Of Availability Of Materials Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract In Offices And Institutions With These Materials And Obtaining These Materials At Their Own Expense; 3) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Required By Law, Notifications, Notifications, Advertisements And Announcements Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract), Messages Regarding The Development Of The Draft Plan, Graphic Statements And Descriptions And Descriptions Of Document And Legal Acts As Necessary For The Requirements Of The Procedure For Adopting A General Plan; 4) Preparation Of Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban And Architectonic Commission, According To The Distribution Indicated By The Contractor5) Introducing Any Changes And Corrections To The Project Of The General Plan Resulting From Opinions And Arrangements With Other Bodies And From The Ordering Or The Contracting Authorities And Conclusions Repetition Of The Procedure To The Extent Necessary In Accordance With The Procedure For Adopting The General Plan After Changes If It Is Necessary And, If Necessary, Preparing The Content Of The Complaint Against The Provisions Of The Opinion; 6) Physical Participation In: Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Studio Walks, Designer Duty, Preparation Of Surveys And Geoaniet Consultation (Way, Place And Date Set To The Employer) Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Draft Plan As Part Of Conducted Public Consultations, Including Explaining To Interested Persons (Written Or Oral); 7) Preparing Analysis Of Submitted Comments And Conclusions By Natural And Legal Persons And Submitted By Authorities And Institutions, Including The Preparation A Possible Introduction Of Corrections To The Project Of The General Plan. 8) Preparation In Consultation With The Contracting Authority Documents, Letters, Surveys, Geoanket, Advertisements, Notifications And Others In The Procedure For Preparing The Plan Specified In Art. 13I Para. 3 Of The Above -Mentioned Act, Including In Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of The Act; 9) Presentation Of The Draft Plan And Participation In Public Consultations On The Solutions Adopted In The Project (Physical Participation), During Meetings Of The Municipal Urban And Architectonic Commission (Physical Participation) And Participation In Meetings With The Participation Of Councilors (Commission Of The Commune Council And Sessions-Physical Participation) 10)
