Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading For The Warmian-Masurian Branch Of The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture And The Poviat Offices Subordinate To It In The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Including The Contractor Broadcasting By A Letter With The Operator Designated Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 23 November 2012-Postal Right (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366), For Which The Provisions Of The Law Find That The Submission Of A Letter At The Designated Operators Post Office Is Tantamount To Bringing It To The Court Or The Date Of Submitting The Letter Is Considered To Be Preserved If The Letter Was Given In The Post -Designated Operators Postal Facility Before Its Expiry, 2. Provision Of Shipping Services From The Buildings Of The Ordering Partys Organizational Units And Their Delivery To The Contractor And Designated Operator To Post Offices.
