I Part Of The Order: Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aids For Conducting Classes In Inclusion For Schools From The Wieleń Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Scope I Was Specified In Annex 5 Lit. And To This Swz.2. Basic (If Concerned): A) The Employer Requires That All Didactic And Multimedia Aids Are Brand New, Free From Defects. All Goods Delivered - Within Each Part, Must Have Current And Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law. - Regarding Part I, Ii Order. B) In The Event That The Items/Equipment Delivered Are Damaged Or Do Not Correspond To The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Quality, Functionality And Technical Parameters, The Contractor Replace Them With Other Appropriate At Their Own Expense. The Licenses Will Not Violate The Intellectual Property Rights Of Third Parties, Including Copyrights, Patents, Nor The Rights To Databases, Nor Will They Limit Their Use And Will Be In Line With The Contract.D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Contracting Authority With Instructions For The Use And Operation Of The Equipment, Or If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form- Transmitted Electronic Addresses (Www), Under Which They Can Be Downloaded. And/Or Ii Order) E) The Contractor Is Obliged As Part Of The Delivery For Transport, Submission (Applies To Part Ii/Or Ii Of The Order). The Purchased Aids Should Be Delivered To Schools In The Wieleń Commune. The Contracting Authority In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated Which Items Should Be Delivered To A Specific School.F) The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement Deliveries Under The Abovementioned Orders (Regarding Parts I, Ii) With Instructions In Polishg) Equivalent Technical Solutions. In Each Case Of Use In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such As Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. H) Opz Indicates The Minimum Requirements For The Expected Teaching Aids I) Warranty:-The Educator Will Grant The Provided Teaching Aids Of The Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months, Calculated From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period. From. 8-15. The Contractor Undertakes To Notify The Ordering Party At Least 2 Days Earlier About The Planned Delivery Date.
