Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Patient Nutrition Service, Preparing And Providing Daily A Pre -Day Of The Contract For All -Day Food For Patients Hospitalized In Hospital Wards And The Department Of Care And Care In Goldmedica Sp. Z O.O. In Gołdap. The Contracting Authority Has Not Divided The Order Into Parts. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer For The Entire Order. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Continuity Of The Service Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. Minimum All -Day Value Of The So -Called Picking Up To The Boiler Pln 14. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Patient Nutrition Service In The States Defense States - During The War And Time Of War. 4. All -Day Meals Should Be Prepared For About 70 Patients A Day, I.E. About 25550 All -Day Reasons During The Contract. The Employer Reserves The Right To Report Less Or More Numbers Of Food Rations, Resulting From The Number Of Currently Hospitalized Patients, No More Than 94 Patients. The Contractor Undertakes To React Flexibly To The Request Of The Ordering Party. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority. 5. All -Day Food Rations Are Spread Over 4 Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner), And For Diet -Energy Diet And With Limited Easily Absorbable Carbohydrates For 6 Meals (Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner, 2Nd Dinner) Taking Into Account The Basic Ingredients And Food Products With High Quality In Dietary Nutrition. 6 Meals Should Ensure The Coverage Of Energy Demand, Taking Into Account The Division:- Breakfast 30 %- Lunch 35 %- Afternoon Tea 10 %- Dinner 25 %Energy Content And Basic Nutrients- Basic Diet:- Energy 2360 Kcal- Protein 10-20 %Energy- Fat Total 20-35 %Energy- Carbohydrates 45-65 %Energy. Enriching Diet With Vitamins, Fiber And Mineral Salts. 7. A Set Of Dishes Included In Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, With A Specific Portion Size, Prepared In Accordance With Withdrawal No. 2025/Bzp 00138337/01 Of 2025-03-102025-03-10 Public Procurement Bulletin Public Procurement-The Contract Is Awarded In Basic Mode Pursuant To: Art. 275 Item 1 Of The Act - Services Of The Indicated Diet. In Addition, The Meal Should Meet The Detailed Requirements Specified In The Order, E.G. A Crushed, Mixed Meal. 8. Basic Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) Should Contain Products That Are A Source Of Full -Fledged Protein With Milk And Its Products (Breakfast - Milk Soup, Cereal Coffee With Milk), Meat And Its Products, Eggs, Fish. Complex Carbohydrates (Mainly From Cereal Preserves And For Each Meal -Launch/ Lunch/ Dinner), The Addition Of Vegetables And Fruits (Diverse Range) Should Be Provided. The Delivered Meals Must Be Possible From Current Production. Genetically Modified Foods, Ready -Made Potatoes, Powdered Soups, Powder Eggs, Potato Puree Based On Dried Fruit Are Not Allowed. The Contracting Authority Requires Planning Milk Soup For Breakfast
