The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel- Natural Gas Of The High-Momethane Group E (Hereinafter Referred To As Gas Fuel), Including Sales And Distribution To The Police Units Of The Lower Silesian Garrison In An Estimated Amount Of 475 600 Kwh, According To The List Of Conscription Points. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Gas Fuels With Warm Combination And The Quality Parameters Specified In The Tariff Regulations. The Gas Fuel Distribution Service For Installations Located In The Reception Points, Described In Detail In Annex 1 To The Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Will Be Performed By The Distribution System Operator. All Technical Conditions For Supplying Gas Fuel For A Given Delivery Point Are In Line With The Provisions Of Iriesp And/Or Iriesd Of The Relevant Operator And Specified By Him. Gas Supplies Will Take Place Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator (Osd). A Possible Change In The Forecast Consumption Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Employer (Recipient) Except For The Settlement For Actually Used Gas Fuel According To The Prices Set Out In The Contract And Settlement For The Distribution Services Of The Collected Gas Fuel, According To The Operators Tariff To The Network In Force In A Given Period, Which The Contracting Authority (Recipient) Is Connected. The Suspension Or Limiting The Supply Of Gas Fuel To The Recipient, In A Situation Where Immediate Suspension Or Limiting The Supply Of This Fuel Could Cause A Threat To Safety, Life, Health Or Environment, Or Damage Or Destruction Of The Recipients Technological Objects, Will Be Possible Within 7 Days At The Latest 7 Days Of Taking Authorized Actions. 2.
