Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Together With The Supply Of Economic Chemistry, Materials And Tools To Maintain Cleanliness And Ohs Cleaning Products For Mzuk Employees
The Employer Divided The Procedure Into Two Parts: Part 1 - Economic Chemistry_Załycznik 8 -Leaf 2 - Materials And Tools For Maintaining Cleanliness_ Annex 8Bdotts All Parts Of The Order: 1. A Detailed List And Estimated Quantity Includes Annex 8A And 8B (Assortment And Price Form) To This Specification. The Employer Provided A Description Of Individual Products In Order To Familiarize The Specifics Of The Order, With The Proviso That Contractors Can Offer Equivalent Products To The Extent Described In Annex 8A And 8B.2. The Contractor By Completing Annex 8A Or 8B In Section 3 Manufacturer, Product Name Gives The Manufacturers Name And The Commercial Name Of The Offered Agent, And If It Is An Equivalent, It Publishes A Description Containing Data On Ph Value And/Or Relative Density And Other Data Confirming That The Offered Product Is Equivalent. 3. The Contractor Attributes To The Equivalent Of The Offered Funds To The Offer Of Characteristics Cards And Other Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Funds, From Which It Will Be Clear To Prove Equivalence. 4. The Employer Allows Packaging With Different Capacities Than Those Indicated In Annex 8A And 8B, In Which Case The Contractor Must Make Appropriate Conversion To The Estimated Quantity And Make Appropriate Entries In The 5 And 6 Of Annex No. 8A Or 8B. The Difference In The Size Of The Packaging Offered Can Be In + 100%, In - 50% And Packaging Cannot Be Larger Than 10 Liters. 5. The Employer Reserves The Right To Perform The Order According To The Actual Needs And Not Use Fully Or Increase In Annex 8A Or 8B Of The Estimated Quantities Of The Order In A Given Assortment, Provided That The Total Amount Of The Contract Is Not Exceeded. 6. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract With Parts, In The Assortment Resulting From Detailed Orders Received From Individual Mzuk Units/Facilities. Orders Will Be Placed To The Contractors E-Mail Address (With Mandatory Return Confirmation Of The Receipt Of The Message By The Contractor) By The Managers Of Individual Objects, Or The Persons Authorized By Them, In Accordance With The Current Demand (List Of Mail Addresses, Will Be Given In The Contract). 7. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Order The Next Business Day After Receiving A Detailed Order By Email. 8.
