The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing The District Sports Competitions Xxviii National Sports And Recreation Spartakiade Of Agricultural Insurance Fund Employees Within 22-25.05.2025. The Comprehensive Service Includes Full Accommodation, Gastronomic And Sports And Recreation Services For A Group Of Approx. 172 People. 2. The Expected Number Of Competition Participants Is 172 People. The Employer Reserves That The Final Number Of Participants Of The Spartakiada May Change About Which The Contractor Will Be Notified No Later On 14 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Spartakiada. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To The Contract. 4. Employment Requirements By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Referred To In Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Contract, Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Chapter Ii Swz 5. Requirements As To The Verification Of The Employment Obligation Under An Employment Contract And Sanctions In This Respect Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
