The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing A Temporary Place In A Shelter For Homeless People Directed By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Baranów In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 48A Of The Social Assistance Act Of March 12, 2004- The Subject Of The Contract Is To Grant A 24-Hour Temporary Shelter Together With All-Day Food And Ensuring The Necessary Social Conditions And Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity, Exit From Homelessness And Obtaining Life Independence To Homeless People Directed By The Municipal Social Assistance Center. , 7 Days A Week.- The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Place Where The Service Will Be Provided. The Employer Reserves The Right To Verify The Indicated Place, In Terms Of Preparation For The Performance Of The Ordered Service, Before The Conclusion Of The Contract And Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Contract. For This Time, The Costs Of Staying, The Contractor Undertakes To Reduce To An Amount Not More Than 50% Of The Amount Specified In The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Abovementioned The Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Respect. The Contractor Declares That He Accepts The Above Reservations And There Will Be No Claims In This Respect, Including Cash Against The Contracting Authority.
