The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing A Temporary Place In A Shelter With Care Services For Homeless People Directed By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Baranów In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 48A Of The Social Assistance Act Of March 12, 2004- The Subject Of The Contract Is The Granting Of A 24-Hour Temporary Shelter Together With A 24-Day Board And Providing The Necessary Social Conditions And Care Services To Homeless People Directed By The Municipal Social Welfare Center, Which Due To Age, Illness Or Disability Require Partial Care And Assistance In Satisfying The Necessary Life Needs. 01.05.2025- 31.12.2025, 7 Days A Week.- The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Place Where The Service Will Be Provided. The Employer Reserves The Right To Verify The Indicated Place, In Terms Of Preparation For The Performance Of The Ordered Service, Before The Conclusion Of The Contract And Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Contract. For This Time, The Costs Of Staying, The Contractor Undertakes To Reduce To An Amount Not More Than 50% Of The Amount Specified In The Contract.
