The Switches Must Be Brand New, Never Used Before And Come From The Authorized Manufacturers Distribution Channel. 3. The Switches Must Be Included In The Manufacturers Offer As At The Day Of Submitting Offers. The Contractor May Not Provide The Members Of The Demanding Devices, Modules Or Components Withdrawn By The Manufacturer From Production Or Sales (So-Called End-Of-Sale, End-Of-Life). 4. Switches Must Be Supported (Corrections And Patches) By The Manufacturer For At Least 5 Years From The Moment Of Delivery. 5. The Switches Must Be Produced Not Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Date Of Submission Of Offers. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz; 2) Draft Contract, Which Is Annex 2 To Swz.11. The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve The Possibility Of Applying For The Order Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.12 Act. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting The Variant Offer Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. An Offer Providing For A Different Way Of Performing The Contract Than Specified In This Swz.13. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers (The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Brand New Switches. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Dividing The Order Into Parts, Due To The Fact That They Are Individual Pieces Of The Same Equipment, The Item Is Uniform And Creates One Environment With The Contracting Authority.
