Expression of Interest for Framework Contract for Contingency Recruitment Services (2025-2028). The purpose of this FA is to establish a pool of contingency recruitment firms that have the necessary qualifications and experience to support ADB in meeting its recruitment goals. Having several contingency recruitment firms on an FA roster allows ADB to quickly contract rostered firms when a need for contingency recruitment expertise arises. An FA will be signed with each contingency recruitment firms (FA Consultant). During the life of the FA, upon the execution of a call off (FA Call-Off), the FA consultant will provide contingency recruitment services to support ADB in identifying talent for difficult-to-fill positions.
