Tenders are invited for Procurement of Geo-Physical Instrument and Surveying Instruments for the CWA-II PMU Geologist & Surveyor Staffs. Bid closing date: May 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening date: May 16, 2025 at 10:30 AM. Bid bond: Different For Various Lots Specific Experience: The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has successfully completed at least one contracts within the last five years prior to bid submission deadline, each with a value of at least 6,000,000.00 ETB for Lot-1 and 6,000,000.00 ETB for Lot-2 that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar in nature and complexity to the Goods and Related Services under the Contract (Supply of Geophysical or surveying instrument). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security for ETB 85,000.00 (eighty five Thousand) for Lot-1 and 75,000.00 ETB (seventy five thousand) for Lot-2 both in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CPO in the name of the Ministry of Water and Energy. The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
