The Assignment Concerns A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Lease Of Various Hot Beverages Including Installation, A Service Package, Providing Training To Internal Operators And The Delivery Of Individual Ingredients. The Daily Maintenance Of The Machines Is Carried Out By Employees Of The Province Of Limburg. More Specifically, The Assignment Consists Of The Following 5 Parts: 1. The Installation Of The Lease Warm Beverage Facilities At The Gouvernement Maastricht Locations, Steunpunt Hulsberg, Steunpunt Sittard, Environmental Measurement Service Sittard, Steunpunt Nederweert And Burgerkracht Limburg Sittard. 2. The Lease Of 39 Hot Beverages, Of Which: O 35 Hot Drink Facilities That Are Suitable For A Cup Of Bean Coffee; O 3 Hot Drink Facilities That Are Suitable For Instant Coffee With Jug Function; O 1 Hot Drink Facilities That Can Deliver Both A Cup Of Bean Coffee And Instant Coffee For Jugs. The Hot Beverages Must Be Able To Prepare Various Hot Drinks, As Indicated Below By Vending By -Machine Type: O Bean Coffee (35 Pieces): Coffee, Cappuccino, Espresso, Latte Macchiato, Chocolate Milk And Hot Water; O Instant Coffee With Jug Function (3 Pieces): Coffee And Hot Water; O Instant Coffee With Jug Function And Bean Coffee (1 Pieces): Coffee, Cappuccino, Espresso, Latte Macchiato, Chocolate Milk, Hot Water And Coffee Cream. 3. The Delivery Of Loose Ingredients, Such As Instant And Bean Coffee, Cocoa, Milk Popping, Sugar Bags, Tea Bags, Creamer, Sweet And Stirrers. The Individual Ingredients Are Supplied At The Address Of Logistieke Hub Of The Province Of Limburg, Located In Kotterweg 12 6222 Nr Maastricht. 4. A Service Package That Consists Of Support In The Event Of Second -Line Malfunctions, Annual Preventive Maintenance At The Gouvernement Location And Preventive Maintenance Per Quarter At All Other Locations For The Hot Beverages. 5. Giving Training Sessions To The Internal Operators Within The Scope Of This Assignment Falls On The One -Off Implementation (Then On Call If Necessary); They Take Care Of The Daily Maintenance Of The Vending Machines. The Numbers Mentioned Are Based On Historical Data And Serve As An Indication; No Rights Can Be Derived From This For The New Assignment To Be Given.
