Under This Rfx, City Of Vancouver(The“City”)Notifies Its Intent To Contract Withassociated Engineeringfor The Consulting Services – Drake Street Upgrade Phase 2 & 3.The City Requires Consulting Services For The Ongoing Works Of The Drake Street Upgrade Project, Which Involves Transforming The Bi-Directional Corridor Into A Aaa Bike Facility And Upgrading Traffic Signaling. Associated Engineering Has Been Working On The Prior Phases Of This Project And Continues To Provide Design And Contract Administration Services. The City Intends To Maintain Service Continuity By Entering Into A Consultancy Contract With Associated Engineering For Phase 2 And Phase 3 Of The Drake Street Upgrade. The Reason For This Direct Award Is To Ensure The Sequential Continuity Of Services Under The Drake Street Upgrade Program, With Ongoing Works For Phase 2 And Phase 3.
