Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Telecommunications Services Through A Public Longcommunications Network Under Gsm/Umts/Lte Standard With National Coverage For The Needs Of The President Of The Republic Of Bulgarias President
The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Digital Mobile Telephone Services According To Gsm/Umts/Lte Standard And Related Specialized Services And Supplies For The Use Of Public Electronic Mobile Networks The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Abroad (Services) For A Period Of 2 (Two) Years. Services Should Be Provided For About 87 (Eighty-Seven) Subscribers Without A Credit Limit, And An Additional Number Of Sim Cards Under The Same Conditions Should Be Provided Upon Request By The Contracting Authority. Services Should Include: 1. Providing An Opportunity To Hold Free Conversations Between Subscribers In A Group, Cars And Conversations With End Users Of All Operators Of Mobile And Fixed Networks On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria; 2. Providing The Opportunity To Hold International Talks (In International Zones) With Mobile And Fixed Networks; 3. Ensuring The Opportunity To Make Talks From Foreign Countries (Roaming); 4. Providing An Opportunity To Send And Receive Short Text Messages (Sms) At Home And Abroad; 5. Providing The Use Of High -Speed Mobile Internet Through All The Technologies Provided By The Operator Network (Gsm, Umts, Lte, 5G, Etc.) Through The Data Sim Cards Of Subscribers In The Group And Through Mobile Telephones And Other Devices.
