This Service Contract Is Aimed At Companies Specializing In Supplies That Are Subject To This Specifications, With Solvency And Accredited Experience. The Companies That Participate In This Procedure, Must Base Their Management In Accordance With The Technical Characteristics Established In The Technical Specifications (Ppt). As They Are Products, Materials, Or Teams That Must Be In Contact With Drinking Water, The Bidder Will Have To Be In Contact With Drinking Water, Vigor That The Product, Equipment Or Material Is Suitable For Contact With Human Consumption Water. Rd 140/2003 In Its Art. 14 Indicates That The Products That Are In Contact With Human Consumption Water, Will Not Transmit To The Water Of Human Consumption Substances Or Properties That Pollute Or Worsen Their Quality And Carry A Risk To The Health Of The Population Supplied.
