Lease With Assembly And Discounting Pavillage Tente Structures To Meet The Needs Of The Tubarão Tubarão Agricultural Fair Event - Tubarão Municipality - Rental With Assembly And Disassembly Of Pavilion Tent Structures To Meet The Needs Of The Tubarão Agricultural Fair And Anniversary Of Tubarão Municipality Scheduled To Occur From 22/05/2025 To 01/06/2025, And May Be Changed By Means Of Prior Notification. The Object Of Hiring Comprises The Supply With Assembly And Disassembly Of A Main Pavilion Tent With 20M X 60M Dimensions, Equipped With Proper Lighting, Power Point With A Capacity Of 20 Amps And Full Closure (Front, Rear And Side). Two 10M X 60M Lateral Addendns Should Also Be Provided, Totaling A 40M X 60M Covered Area. The Lease Period Is 11 (Eleven) Calendar Days, Considering The Time Required For Assembly Before The Event. The Structures Must Be Installed And Ready For Use Before The Scheduled Date For The Beginning Of The Event. If Necessary, Adjustments On Time May Be Formalized By Additive Term. The Contractor Is Responsible For Providing, Setting Up, Maintaining And Disassembling Tents, Ensuring The Quality Of Materials And The Safety Of Structures Throughout The Lease. All Modifications And Adjustments That Are Necessary Must Be Formally Agreed Between The Parties.
