Kitchen Equipment - Delivery And Assembly Of Gastrotechnology In The Dining Room And Kitchen Of The National Bank Of Slovakia. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Goods With Installation - Gastrotechnology Kitchen Equipment According To Specification According To Part B. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In The Corresponding Annexes Of The Tender Documents. The Subject Of The Contract Is Related To The Overall Reconstruction Of The Kitchen And The Dining Room Of The Contracting Authority And Is Directly Linked To The Implementation Of The Construction Work, Which Will Be The Subject Of Another, Related Contract For Construction Work And The Duration Of Which Is Expected To Be Approx. 7 Months. It Is A Complete Modernization With An Emphasis On Creating A Modern Dietary Operation, Including The Installation Of A New, Modern Gastrotechnology Equipment. The Proposed Modification Of Dining Room And Kitchen Do Not Increase New Volumes, It Is Only Construction And Technological Modifications And Modernization Of Gastrotechnology. The Successful Candidate, As The Contractor Of This Contract, Will Be Obliged To Coordinate With The Contractor Of Construction Work, Which Are The Subject Of Another Contract. This Means That The Successful Candidate Will Be Obliged To Inspect The Place Of Performance And The Exact Focus Of The Dimensions For The Location Of The Equipment Supplied By It And To Prepare The Basis For The Contractor Of Construction Work. Accordingly, The Contractor Of Construction Work Will Then Carry Out Additional Construction Work And Construction Preparation For The Installation Of Gastrotechnology Facilities. The Focus Will Be Binding For A Successful Candidate And Any Later Unplanned Construction Changes Will Go To His Burden. The Requirements For Coordination With The Contractor Of Construction Work Are Described In More Detail In The Technical Administration For Part Of The Gastrotechnology, Which Is Part Of The Project Documentation (Annex 2 Of The Tender Documents) And In The Draft Contract For Work (Annex 1 Of The Tender Documents). This Contract Also Includes The Supervision Of The Technologist Of A Successful Applicant In The Construction (“Guarantor Of The Contractor”). In The Case Of Technical Uncertainties, Coordination With The Technology Designer Should Be Performed. The Expected Time Of Assembly Of Gastrotechnology Equipment Is 6 Weeks After The Handover Of The Building Readiness And Another 2 Weeks To Ensure The Trial Operation And The Handover Of The Inspection Reports. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes An Option For Uninstalling And Removing The Existing Gastrotechnology Equipment Of The Contracting Authority, As Stated In The Relevant Part Of The Price Calculation And In The List Of Current Gastrotechnology Of The Kitchen. Both Documents Are Part Of Annex No. 2 Competition Documents. The Possibility Of Using The Option For The Same Performance Is Also Reserved By The Contracting Authority In The Above-Mentioned Contract For Construction Work, On The Basis Of Which The Public Occupational Enforcement Authority Will Take Into Account The Economic Benefits Of The Prices Of The Options Of Individual Contractors As Well As The Time Aspect When Deciding On The Use Or Non-Use Of The Option. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Price Of The Option - The Price For Uninstalling And Removing The Existing Gastrotechnology Equipment Of The Contracting Authority Does Not Exceed Eur 3,100, Which It
