Technical Computer Support Services - Providing Printing Service And Technical Support. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Under The Basic Order Is The Contractor To Provide The Print Service And Technical Support For The Employer For A Period Of 36 Months, For At Least 1,500 Users (Hereinafter Also As Basic Order). 2. The Estimated Number Of Pages Of Prints Under The Basic Order Is: 1) 5,000,000 Monochrome Pages; 2) 2,000,000 Pages Of Colored Prints. 3. The Purchaser Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, In The Scope Of Submitting In The Period Referred To In § 2 Para. 3 Or In Paragraph 6 Of The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz, Additional Print Orders, In An Amount Not Exceeding A Total Of 50% Of The Estimated Number Of Pages Of Prints As Part Of The Basic Order Referred To In Point 3.1.2, I.E.: 1) 2,500,000 Pages Of Monochrome Prints, 2) 1,000,000 Pages Of Colored Prints, - (Hereinafter Also As Option I). 4. The Employer Also Reserves The Right To Use The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, By Extending The Period Of Provision By The Contractor Of The Print Service Together With Technical Support By Another Maximum 12 Months (Hereinafter Also As Option Ii), With No Longer Than To Use The Volume As Part Of The Basic Order Referred To In Point 3.1.2, And In The Case Of Using The I Option I, Also To Use The Volume Specified In Point 3.1.3. 5. Services Both In The Scope Of The Basic Order And In The Scope Of The Options Referred To Above Will Be Implemented On The Terms Set Out In The Draft Contract And Its Attachments. 6. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Procedure And Requirements For Its Implementation Were Specified In The Draft Contract, Which Is Annex 2 To Swz.
