1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Kindergarten In The Tczew Commune. Location: 83-112 Stanisław, Geodetic Plot No. 191/3. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Polish Standards, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical Documentation, Building Permit And The Contracting Authority. 1.1 Determining The Existing State Of The Plot: Plot No. 191/3 Covered By The Scope Of The Investment Is Located Within Stanisław. The Area Borders With A Municipal Road Plot (Sambor Street). The Area Covered By The Investment Is Undeveloped And Undeveloped. The Planned Investment Will Not Limit Existing Land Development Functions Occurring On Neighboring Plots. The Plot On Which The Investment Is Planned Is Located In The Area Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan.
