The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Change In The Use Of Part Of The Ground Floor Of The Building From The Primary School To The Childrens Club And Adaptation Of Some Of The Existing Rooms On The Ground Floor To A New Function, Taking Into Account The Requirements Set Out In The Ordinance Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of 10 July 2014 On Housing And Sanitary Requirements That The Premises Must Be Met In Which The Premises Or A Childrens Club (Dz. U. Item No. 925). The Childrens Club Will Be Intended For Max. 8 Children. The Scope Of The Order Includes:- Changes In The Functional System Inside The Building: Replacement Of Door Joinery, Replacement Of Floors, Masonry, Plastering, Painting, Water-Sewage Installations, Lighting And Nesting Installation- Making Stairs, Terrace For Aging And Two Evacuation Outputs From The Room For Children And The Office Of The Director, Custom -Made Building Elements) For A Childrens Club. The Works Will Be Performed In Active Educational Institutions. Therefore, Special Attention Should Be Paid To Safety Considerations, Securing The Area Of Works, Equipment, Etc. Work Should Be Carried Out To Minimize Difficulties In The Functioning Of The Facility. Workplace Should Be Protected Against Access By Third Parties (Especially Children).
