Traugutta 5A In The Summer Season 2025, Including: A) Main Pool Measuring 50 M X 21 M, With A Depth Of 0.6 M To 1.6 M, B) Shambal Swimming Pool Of A 10.5 M X 15.5 M Slide, 1M Depth, C) Water Playground With An Area Of Approx. 320 M2, Consisting Of Two Parts With A Water Depth Of About 15 Cm And 30 Cm With A Minimum Various Water Devices) The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Comprehensive Rescue Service During The Order Is About 1,060 At 3. The Service Must Be Provided In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular With:- The Act Of 18 August 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714)- The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior Of 23.01.2012 On The Minimum Requirements For The Number Of Water Rescuers Ensuring Constant Control Of The Designated Water Area (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022 Item September 2021 On Qualifications Useful In Water Rescue (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1761),- By The Act Of 13 May 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And The Protection Of Minors (I.E. Dz. U. 2024 Item 560), 4. Information On The Special Requirements Related To The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Consent (In The Form Of An Administrative Decision) Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration. We Are Conducting This Type Of Activity- Performing Water Rescue. 2) The Contractor Applying For The Contract For The Implementation Of The Comprehensive Rescue Service Of The Summer Water Park Rescue And Knowledge And Experience Enabling The Execution Of The Contract. Persons Employed By The Contractor Must Have Current (Verified) Powers To Work As A Water Rescuer, Current Medical Examinations Confirming The Ability To Work As A Water Rescuer And Will Be Trained In The Scope Of Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations; B) Take Full Responsibility For Employing The Right Amount Of Water Rescuers During The Swimming Pool Opening Hours And Also Have The Necessary Qualifications For Work, As Well Securing The Summer Water Park In The Event Of Absenteeism Of Employed Rescuers, Regardless Of The Reason For Their Absence; C) To Bear Full Responsibility For The Safety Of People Staying In The Swimming Pool With Particular Emphasis On The Wet Zone While Performing Rescue Duties, Organizing The Work Of The Rescue Crew Properly; D) Bears Full Responsibility For The Work Of Rescuers, Whom He Entrusts The Service. Rescuers Who Are To Supervise The Facility Are Obliged To Familiarize Themselves With The Characteristics Of The Summer Water Park In The Full Passenger Composition At Least 1 Day Before The Start Of Work; E) Is Responsible For All Organizational, Financial And Accounting
