Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Design And Cost Estimation Documentation Of The Task Entitled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of Roads Ul. Paderewskiego And Ul. Short (On The Section From Paderewskiego Street To Szymanowskiego Street) In Żary
1. The Purpose Of The Project Is To Develop And Improve The Quality Of Road Infrastructure, By Designing The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Road In Such A Way That Each Traffic Participant Can Use It In A Safe And Comfortable Way. The Scope Of Road Infrastructure Includes: Roads, Roads For Pedestrians And Roads For Bicycles Or Roads For Pedestrians And Bicycles, Squares And Parking Stations, Exits And Access To The Property, Greenery, Small Architecture (Benches, Garbage Bins And Dog Packages) And Solutions To The Development Of Rain And Melt Water, As Well As Lighting. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Basic Scope - Development Of Complete Design And Cost Documentation Together With Obtaining A Formal And Legal Document Entitling To Carry Out Work (I.E. A Decision On Permission To Implement A Road Investment (Zrid), In Accordance With The Developed Documentation And Taking Into Account The Contracting Authority For Design, Indicated In Annex 1 To The Contract Development Of A Concept In A Descriptive And Graphic Form, 2) Developing A Map For Design Purposes, 3) Developing Project Documentation, Required To Submit A Decision For A Decision On The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Article 11D Of The Act On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads), Including The Division Of Real Estate And Project Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works, Including In Particular: A) Construction Project:- Plot Or Land Development Project,- Architectural And Construction Design,- Technical Design,- Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Whose Obligation To Attach Results From The Regulations (E.G. Deviations, Decision On Environmental Conditions), B) Executive Design, C) Bill Of Quantities, 4) Developing Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 5) Developing An Investor Cost Estimate, 6) Developing A Greenery Project Including Greenery Planting And Care Recommendations For Existing And Designed Greenery, 7) Developing Geological And Engineering Documentation Or Geological Conditions Foundation Of Building Objects, 8) Developing A Schedule Of Works Specified In The Table Of Settlement Elements, 9) Developing A Permanent Traffic Organization Project And Its Approval By The Competent Managing Authority, 10) Visual Monitoring (And If Necessary Cleaning) Of The Existing Rainwater Sewage System. For Project Documentation. The Contractor Will Supervise The Authors Supervision In The Scope Specified In Art. 20 Para. 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law For Up To 16 Months, But Not Shorter Than Until The Date Of Final Collection Of Construction Works, Carried Out On The Basis Of The Project Documentation Performed. 2.
