1) The Subject Of The Order Is Fuel Supply - Pb 95 Gasoline, On, Car Washing Services And The Purchase Of Consumables, Cosmetics And Accessories For Motor Vehicles And Mechanized Equipment Used By Radio Lublin S.A. In Liquidation Under The Terms Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 4 To Swz, Including: A) Successive Delivery Of Liquid Fuel For Cars And Mechanized Equipment Of The Employer Made In A Non -Cash System, Based On Fleet (Fuel) Cards, Up To: Drive On, After The Issue Of 13 Fleet (Fuel) Cards For The Employer For Making Non -Cash Purchases Of Fuel, Oil, Cosmetics And Car Accessories As Well As Washing Services At The Contractors Gas Station Network; B) Sales In The Gas Station Network Of The Contractor Of Consumables And Car Accessories And Car Washing Services; C) Operational And Accessories With An Estimated Value Up To Pln 5,400.00 (Net); D) The Contracting Authority Provides As Part Of The Ordering A Service Of Washing Cars With An Estimated Value Up To The Amount Of Pln 5,000.00 (Net); E) The Amount Of Individual Types Of Fuel Given By The Contracting Authority In Para. 5 Point 1) Lit. A) Are Estimated Amounts, And Their Actual Size Will Be Determined Successively During The Contract, But It Cannot Be Less Than 12,800 Liters Of Pb 95 And 1,400 Liters On.F) The Number Of Motor Vehicles Used By Radio Lublin S.A. In Liquidation, It Is A Total Of 10 Including 8 Gasoline Powered Cars And 2 Powered By Diesel. During The Contract, The Number Of Motor Vehicles May Change; G) The Order Includes Making Non -Cash Purchases For A Period Of 24 Months From 30.05.2025 At Sales Points - Gas Stations; H) Refueling Activities Will Be Carried Out Using Cards Exposed To The Ordering Cars. The Contractor Will Ensure Full Transaction Monitoring (Date, Place, Quantity And Value Of The Purchase Of Fuel, Specifying The Vehicles Registration Number); I) The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Accept The Regulations Regarding The Conditions For Issuing And Using Fleet (Fuel) Cards To The Extent That It Is Not Prominent.
