1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Collection And Management Of Large -Size Waste (Waste Code 20 03 07). Waste Collection Will Take Place In The Following Towns: Bojanice, Boleścin, Burkaty, Bystrzyca Dolna, Bystrzyca Górna, Gogołów, Grodziszcze, Jagodnik, Jakubów, Komorów, Krzczonów, Krzyżowa, Lubachów, Lutomia Dolna, Lutomia Górna, Lutomia Mały, Makowice, Miłochów, Modliszów, Mokrzeszów, Niegoszów Pogorzała, Pszenno, Słotwina, Stachowice, Stachowiczki, Sulisławice, Wieruszów, Wilków, Wiśniowa, Witoszów Dolny, Witoszów Górny, Zawiszów, In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party During The Order. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To One Collect Waste From Each Of The Above -Mentioned Village. The Contractor Will Draw Up A Detailed Schedule Of Waste Collection From Individual Towns And Submit For Approval To The Employer Within 7 Days Of Signing The Contract. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Loading, Transport And Development Of The Above Waste In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Procedure With Waste, Organizing The Place Of Service, Transferring Documents To The Ordering Party Confirming The Transfer Of Collected Waste For Recovery Or Disposal. 2. The Mass Of Waste Intended For Collection And Development In This Order Is A Maximum Of 380 Mg. The Contracting Authority Provides For Waste Collection In A Minimum Amount Of 100 Mg.
