Tenders Are Invited For Service Of The Paid Parking Zone In The Kosakowo Commune In 2025-2027

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of A Paid Parking Zone In The Kosakowo Commune In 2025-2027.2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, Primarily Resolution No. Lxxi/534/2022 Of The Kosakowo Commune Council Of June 2, 2022 On Determining The Paid Parking Zone In The Kosakowo Commune And The Amount Of Rates Of Parking And Additional Fee Fees And The Method Of Charging, Changed By Resolution No. Xcix/704/2023 Of The Kosakowo Commune Council Of 28 August 2023. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Leaseing Devices For Charging Fees (Parking Meters), Adapted For Cash And Non -Cash Payments; B) Assembly (On Existing Spots) Of Leased Devices In Places Indicated By The Contracting Authority And Their Launch Within 14 Days From The Date Of The Contract (Kosakowo) And By 31.05.2025 (Rewa); C) Allowing The Employer To Manage Parking Meters And Support For Additional Fees Issued By The Contractors Controller; D) Training Of The Employers Employees In The Field Of It System Service; E) Servicing Devices For Downloading Fees For Stopping Vehicles During The Period Of The Contract, Guaranteeing Constant Operational Readiness Of Devices, As Well As Maintaining Them In Proper Visual And Aesthetic State (Cleaning, Removing Graffiti, Deleting Graffiti, Removing Graffiti, Deleting Graffiti, Removing Graffiti, Removing Graffiti, Removing Graffiti Stickers, Etc.) The Contractor, At His Expense, After The Period Of The Contract. 4. At The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Scope Of The Order Will Cover 9 Parking Meters, Operated In The Following Locations, In The Following Time Intervals: A) Rewa (A Total Of 6 Pcs), I.E. Ul. Koralowa (2 Pcs), Ul. Bursztynowa (2 Pcs), Ul. Rybacka (1 Item), Ul. Słoneczna (1 Pc) - From June 1 To September 30 Each Year; B) Kosakowo (A Total Of 3 Pcs), Ul. Rzemieślnicza (3 Pcs) - All Year Round. Note: The Contracting Authority Informs That In The Abovementioned Locations Are Foundations. In The Absence Of Their Use, The Contractor Will Provide New Grounds For Proper Installation Of Leased Devices. 5. The Contracting Authority Provides, Pursuant To Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Exercising The Right Of Options Including The Possibility Of Increasing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract By Other Than Those Listed In Point 4 Locations. The Size Of The Order Under The Law Of The Option Includes The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Analogous To The Basic Scope, Extended With Another 9 Parking Meters, Located In The Kosakowo Commune, In The Road Lane Or Outside The Road Lane (Paid Parking Lots), For A Maximum Of 15 Months, During The Implementation Of The Basic Order. 6. The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of The Option Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Contract And Will Take Place By Submitting A Statement Of The Transferred Contractor To Exercise The Right Of Options, No Later Than 30 Days Before The Service Of The Ser
